These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vietnam-Pakistan Business Hub website (the "Platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through vietnam-pakistanhub.com (or related domains). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, submitting inquiries, or using any services (business matching, trade support, logistics, etc.), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. Businesses/representatives must have authority to act on behalf of their entity.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

When creating an account or submitting information:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Not post misleading, offensive, infringing, or spam content
• Not interfere with the Platform's operation or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Business Matching and Services

The Platform facilitates connections, introductions, documentation support, and logistics referrals between businesses in Vietnam and Pakistan. We act only as an intermediary:

• We do not guarantee successful deals, partnerships, or outcomes
• All transactions/agreements are directly between users/parties
• We are not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from interactions

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, logos, design, code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote any content you submit (profiles, inquiries) for operating and marketing the Platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties (express/implied) including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (with reference to bilateral agreements where applicable). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
